What is Elementary Science Olympiad?

Elementary Science Olympiad is a team event that combines theory and hands-on projects. It can be a competition among local schools or a fun-filled evening with no scoring.

What is the goal of Science Olympiad?

Science Olympiad seeks to foster team building and communication through the various activities, as team members meet and start to work with new people. Science Olympiad focuses both on hands on work (for the build events), and learning about interesting subjects, such as physics and chemistry (for the theory events). Teamwork is an incredibly valuable life lesson, and is a required skill in most scientific careers today. But most importantly, Science Olympiad is a great way to meet new, like minded people, and have a great time.

Arun, Raji:
You guys have done a commendable job of managing such a large scale event. It was a delight watching all these young scientists working on various events. It was a very well organized event and went smoothly.
Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the event and are looking forward for many more such events. Most importantly they had fun with science.
Thanks to all volunteers who helped out in making this a memorable event for our kids.
